According to an article, Cathy Terry (The person who took the photo) Almost Stepped on the snake when getting out of her truck!

YIKES! This apparently well-fed rattlesnake was nearly stepped on as Cathy Terry got out of her truck just south of Bartow! Be careful out there! Thanks for sharing this with FOX 13's Paul Dellegatto! 👀
